User Interface Update

Hey Guinea Pigs :)
I updated the user interface with the usability Study enhancments.
This version is much cleaner, with less clutter and more guidance in the edit bar.

Note the Read Edit Add History Tabs are now over on the right hand side!! Sally lasalle 16:53, 25 September 2011 (PDT)
